Find your problem.
We'll take it from there.

Most calls fall into one of these four. Tap the one that sounds like your day, or just call and describe it in plain words.

01 · Drain cleaning

Drain cleaning

A slow or backed-up drain usually means a clog building up out of sight. We clear it properly and check why it happened, so it stays clear.

What to mention when you call

A few details help us bring the right parts and give you a straight answer faster. No need to know the plumbing words, just tell us what you see.

  • 1What's happening and where in the home it is.
  • 2When it started and whether it's getting worse.
  • 3Is water still running? Have you shut it off at the valve or main?
  • 4The make or age of the fixture, tap or water heater, if you know it.
  • 5A photo or two, if you can. You can text them after you call.

The things people ask first.

Do you charge just to come out?

We'll always tell you about any service-call fee on the phone before we book anything. For most jobs it goes toward the work if you go ahead.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

For simple jobs, often yes. For anything we need to see, we'll give you an honest range on the phone and a firm price once we've looked, before any work starts.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

We're around Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. For burst pipes and major leaks, call any time and we'll tell you straight away if we can get to you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're licensed Alberta plumbers and fully insured. We're happy to show you our credentials when we arrive.

What if you can't get to me quickly?

We'll say so honestly, give you a realistic time, and tell you what to do in the meantime to limit any damage.
